i come from Springfield, nebraska & graduated from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln with a bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Communications, MAJORING IN BROADCAST PRODUCTION. Some of the things I love most are listening to music, traveling, going to concerts, collecting records, thrifting, cleaning & organizing, hosting parties, hanging out with my friends, family, and my cat Lizzie. I currently reside in Nashville, tn!

My love for photography started my senior year of high school when I took a photography class. We would watch these documentaries about photographers traveling the world and telling their stories and I knew that would be something I would love! At the time, i was also going to a lot of concerts and following music photographers on instagram, that’s where my love for music photography started. So in 2014, during my freshman year of college, I got my first camera (a Canon T5i with a couple kit lenses) and took a photography class to learn the basic camera skills.

in the past decade that i’ve been a creative, I’ve gotten so many amazing opportunities like; working for The Daily Nebraskan at THE UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA-LINCOLN as a staff photographer (photographing Husker sports and many concerts), working for NRG Media & cumulus media - radio groups in omaha and nashville, (taking photos of concerts and events), living my dream of touring with bands, and most recently interning/freelancing with big loud records.
